Anita Felicelli is a Bay Area writer whose work has appeared in, or is forthcoming in, The New York Times, Salon, LARB, The Rumpus, PopMatters, Blackbird, Juked, Kweli, Rose Red Review, India Currents, Publishing Perspectives, Babble, Brain Child, and Mountain View Voice. She is an associate editor at the South Asian blog, The Aerogram. Two of her stories have been finalists for Glimmer Train awards and she received a Puffin Foundation grant in 2005. Anita’s first collection of poetry was published by the micropress Blaze Vox in 2010 and her essay on Rabindranath Tagore won first place in The SF Press Club’s Features category in 2014.
